SAMA (सम, balance), is India’s first Calm Mind Studio — a network of stress free physical and virtual experiences and products for people in their mid-life to get stronger and calmer..

 

Our approach rests firmly on the 2 pillars of healthspan- exercise and emotional/mental well-being.

 

For long, physical well-being has been seen as a competition- with one another, against the mirror and with the latest trend on social media. Mental well-being is yet to find a space between awareness and therapy.

At SAMA, we are changing that.

Through small group, expert led sessions in mindful wellness formats such as Pilates, Aerial Fitness, Classical and Contemporary Yoga combined with Calm Mind Practices such as breathwork and micro meditationwe train both the body and the mind. Our spaces are calm, approach is measured and habit building is for life. ​
