Who is it for:
1, Existing Yoga practitioners with atleast 1+ years of consistent practice.
2. Practitioners of any other mobility based fitness regimens that are curious to practice/learn a headstand
Headstands, or "sirsasana" in yoga, can be a challenging and beneficial pose for many, but it's not suitable for everyone.

About the Instructor:
Mohanraj is a breathwork lead at SAMA with a deep-rooted passion for the traditional form of Hatha Yoga and the intersection of Science and Yoga. Having undergone rigorous training at the esteemed Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, Mohanraj's journey in the world of yoga commenced in 2010. He has multiple advanced teacher training and intensive practitioner certifications. He has also taught at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in New Delhi for over 5 years.
